Review by hotel critic
I recently spent a delightful weekend at Hotel Savoia in Positano, and it was truly a gem! Nestled on a hillside, the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the enchanting streets lined with lemon scents and local boutiques. From our top-floor room, the panoramic views of Positano were breathtaking, and the charming hand-painted ceramic floors added an authentic Italian touch. The staff went above and beyond, making our stay not just relaxing but also memorable with their attentiveness and warm hospitality. We savored a delightful breakfast each morning on the terrace, soaking in the beauty of our surroundings while enjoying the delicious offerings. As an art historian, I appreciated how Hotel Savoia beautifully marries modern comforts with tradition, from the elegant vaulted ceilings to the well-maintained decor that nods to its rich history. If you're looking for a base to explore the Amalfi Coast or simply enjoy the local vibes, this hotel offers a wonderful blend of comfort and culture. I'm already dreaming of my next stay!
